Suggor Yogeroth

Suggor Yogeroth was supposedly an Elder God or perhaps one of the Ogdru Hem that plagued Earth millions of years ago. This entity is considered out-of-continuty due to its only references being in the Batman/Hellboy/Starman crossover.

Background

According to the Knights of October, Suggor Yogeroth came to Earth many eons ago. It took the might of the Lemurians to defeat him, although the conflict cost them their island paradise.

H.P. Locraft became aware of Suggor Yogeroth as a member of the Elder Gods. The Knights of October wished to call forth Suggor Yogeroth to serve them a bring the rise of the Third Reich to pass. To do this they needed to create a device to draw the energy of the home star of Suggor Yogeroth. Thus the Knights kidnapped Dr. Ted Knight a well famous physicist and retired superhero known as the Star Man to help create the device to make the Elder God manifest on Earth in San Diablo, South America.

Hellboy and Jack Knight, Ted's son managed to rescue the retired hero. Jack worked to disrupt the machine birthing Suggor Yogeroth whilst Hellboy recited a ancient Lemurian prayer that exorcised the Elder God back to where it came from.
