Adolfo Flores was an actor that played Lobster Johnson in a series of low-budget lucha libre films in the 1950s. He and Hellboy met in 1956 during Hellboy's five-month "drunken weekend" in Mexico.
History
Working with director Eduardo Fernandez, Adolfo Flores made at least nine Lobster Johnson films in the 1950s (though some film historians put that number as high as twelve). During the 1960s, the films were heavily edited and badly dubbed for their English versions, and often don't make any sense. No good prints of any of the films exist today.
